These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of milliondollarideamaker.com and the ideas, plans, reports, generators, and other content we provide (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Fenwick Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

We generate business ideas and step-by-step plans, plus optional add-on reports, based on the inputs you provide. Outputs are produced by artificial intelligence and are general in nature.

2. No guarantees; not professional advice

We make no promise that any idea, plan, or report will produce any particular result, revenue, profit, or outcome. References to "$1,000,000," "millionaire," "get rich," or similar figures are illustrative goals, not guarantees or representations of likely earnings. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting.

3. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, generic, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Cost estimates, market claims, competitor information, and similar details are illustrative and may be wrong. You must independently verify any information before relying on it.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

5. Purchases and pricing

Certain content (such as the full blueprint and optional reports) is sold for the prices shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge for the items you select. Prices and offers may change at any time.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the blueprint: if you are unhappy, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund that purchase. Except where required by law, other fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at the address in Section 16.

7. Your content and license to outputs

The inputs you provide remain yours. Subject to your payment (where applicable), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the outputs you generate for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the Service or its outputs as a competing idea-generation or business-planning product.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, design, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, frame, or misuse it except as expressly allowed.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass its security or payment systems; use bots or scrapers; or generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery). Their terms and policies also apply to the relevant parts of your use, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenwick Holdings LLC and its members, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fenwick Holdings LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your business activities, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service and may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law
