- Purchase information — when you buy, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (such as confirmation, amount, and which items you bought) but not your full payment card number.
- Local storage on your device — we save your generated idea and your purchases in your browser's local storage so they persist between visits. This stays on your device.
- Basic technical data — like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard request information such as your IP address and browser type for security and reliable delivery.
We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. How we use information
We use information to generate your outputs, process payments and deliver what you buy, provide support, keep the Service secure, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Service.
3. AI processing of your inputs
To create your idea, plan, and reports, the inputs you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic). Please do not enter sensitive personal information that you would not want processed this way.
4. Service providers we share with
We share information only as needed with the providers that run the Service: Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payment processing), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage for core functionality — saving your generated idea and your purchases so they aren't lost. We do not use it for cross-site advertising. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
6. Data retention
Your inputs are processed to generate your outputs. The idea and purchase records saved in local storage remain in your browser until you clear them or generate a new idea. Payment and transaction records are retained by Stripe and by us as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
7. Your choices and rights
You can remove your saved idea and purchase data by clearing your browser's local storage. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
8. Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We rely on reputable providers (such as Stripe and Cloudflare) and do not store your full card details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
